Senanayakians Superb Squashers

Indomitable DS Squash Champs have snatched the prevailing squash Championship from the Royalists after a considerable couple of years  , in  Inter school  Squash Tournament .  For this great  victory International level Players like Ravindu Hasantha Laksiri has dominated the game with his  usual  and superb  calibre . The Principal , teachers  other colleagues  and well wishers are immensely proud of your  excellent  achievement .

DS Squshers bring International laurels


Superb DS Squash players displayed their talents in Squash at the Milo All Star International Junior Squash Tournament 2010 , This was held from June 6th to 12th in Kuarlampure  .Malaysia.Leading DS Squash players Ravindu Hasantha ,Udantha Indeerwara Hewage ,Sahan Sandeepa and M.W.M Shamil played under the age categories of 13.15,19 .

They contested with more than 15 countries ,specially the leading countries like India Malaysia and Pakistan. Ravindu Hasantha emerged Champ in the classic played event .

DS Squashers - glitz of repertoire

Victorius minded  DS Squashers vanquish the  opponents  and become Squash champs at the recently concluded Open Squash Championship Tournament organised by the Sri Lanka Squash Association .

They were dominant in all age groups and brought laurels to the Alma Mater proving they are the state-of-the-art  players  in the field . We are Proud of their  grand performances......

Squash Victories

Feathering DS squash players displayed their talents in the squash arena of Royal College Squash Club open championship 2009,on 27th and 28th of February .Boys under 13 category 1st place was bagged by H Ravindu  Laksiri .  U15  category  1st and second places were   secured by H. Ravindu Laksiri  and Udantha Hewage respectively.

DS 'SQUASH'es the Tournament!!!


DS squash player’s emerged all island runners’ up at the recently concluded All Island Inter School Squash Tournament 2008. This was a great achievement by the DS squash team as the competition was tough. Nevertheless the individual performances of our college squash players were outstanding;

Boys U-13
1st place   :   H. Ravindu Laksiri
4th place   :  M. Akeem

Boys U-15
2nd place   :  Udantha Hewage
4th place   :  Nimedha Pathmabandu

Boys U-17
4th place   :  H. Sasindu Udayasiri

With all this calibers,  H.Ravindu Laksiri has been selected by the Sri Lankan Squash Federation to represent Sri lanka in the Asian Junior (Under 19) Squash Championships that is scheduled to be held in Chennai, India from 16th to 23rd January 2009.

We wish our squash team and H.Ravindu Laksiri the best of luck to bring more glory to our Alma Mater!

D.S Claims a several victorious wins at the Gymkhana open Championships 08'


The squash players  of our alma mater made it proud by clinching a several awards at the recently concluded Gymkana Open Squash Championships 08' (08th - 05th November at the Gymkana Sports Complex).

Our brilliant Squash Stars illuminated our Alma Mater again, at the 19 th Junior National Squash Championships organized and conducted by the Sri Lanka Squash Federation in the Tamil Union Squash Courts from 16th to 23rd August 2008.

Mohamed Akeem won the Boys under 9 Championship while Ravindu Hashintha Laksiri secured his place and proved his capabilities in the longer version of the game with sheer brilliance for being the Best Men's Player of the year.

Senanayakian - The Best Men's Player of the year - 2008


D.S. Squash veteran Sasindu H. Laksiri, brought laurels to the school localy and internationaly was nominated the Best Men's Player of the year 2008 at the 10th Junior National  Squash Championship.

Ravindu – The flair at Squash


International glory, reaped to our Alma Mater in his own style by Ravindu Hasintha Laksiri bagging 3 rd place at the “Milo All Star” junior squash tournament, venued in Kuala Lampur Malaysia from 24th  to 29th  May 2008.

This is a land mark victory and a turning point of the International junior Squash Arena with his proved caliber to defeat 64 contestants from 17 leading countries including India, Pakistan, South Africa and Malaysia.

Ravindu – born crusher of squash forecourt - becomes the first junior Sri Lankan to make an International achievement and also makes his and the school name mark in the squash history.We - the Senanayakian and all Sri Lankans - highly appreciate your performance and convey our best wishes for your future achievements specially, to be represented at the International Tournament, be held in Korea.
